Excellent customer service and quality products. Highly recommended

I recently had an issue regarding one of the third party products Strengthshop’s sell on their site.
It didn’t function the way I’d hoped so I contacted them through email. Their customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved the matter beyond what I could have wished. I only emailed to notify them of issues with the product but they went above and beyond.
Just a great company.

Strength Shop is, without doubt, one of my finds of lockdown. They provide fantastic quality products at excellent price points, and the personal level of service is incomparable: They even provided me with extra nuts and bolts to fix an issue with a prowler I had bought earlier from a different supplier! Simply great.

The best weights by a mile. I don’t know how I would of got weights in lockdown if it wasn’t for these guys! Ignore all bad reviews these are 100% the best ones around - without a doubt!!! Don’t go anywhere else. These are the BEST.

Quality equipment fast delivery, I ordered a few items for my home gym - all have been great quality and reasonably priced. Also the stock alerts are really useful in the current situation!

Have ordered the dip horns attachment for 60mm box section, received the wrong item which doesn’t fit my rack/cage, Sent them pictures with what I have received and the pictures with what I ordered and politely asked to collect the wrong item and replace with the correct one, in response they told me that this is the right item for you , useless

Yep, it's all great stuff. Been gymming for nearly forever and well impressed with the Thor Power Rack, Bast*rd Bar and others bits I ordered.
I messaged them about my delivery being late and they apologised and it turned up the next day. It was only a day late.
Could not fault anything. Well packaged and great service.

From start to finish Strength shop have been amazing to deal with. I had quite a lot of questions regarding products etc and they were always so quick and helpful with their replies. Quality of their products and delivery times are also brilliant. I ordered the wrong size belt (my fault) so I returned the belt and got the next size up. They received the belt back and sent out the new one on the same day. Communication through the whole process was great. The bumper plates were out of stock so I pre ordered them. Strength shop notified me that they had the 5kg's and 15kg's in stock and had shipped them straight out to me - well before I thought I was going to receive them. Just waiting on the 10kg's and 20kg's which should be with me in a few weeks. Amazing quality bumper plates. Cannot fault Strength Shop at all and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Pre ordered weight plates that were due to be dispatched on or before 6th November. The company emailed me informing me there may be a delay due to Covid and it may not be here until 20th November. My delivery arrived on 5th November and is of great quality. Would highly recommend StrengthShop.ie to anyone.
